Upendra Raj Gounder is a Co-Founder of Cyber Digital Group and a software developer with international experience across Australia and the Pacific. He brings a practical, hands-on approach to building secure, reliable digital systems, with experience in full-stack development, cloud platforms, and modern software delivery. With a strong creative and problem-solving mindset, Upendra focuses on designing solutions that are both functional and thoughtfully engineered. His vision is to help raise the standard of technology and software development in Fiji by combining global best practices with locally driven innovation, delivering technology that supports long-term growth, operational efficiency, and digital maturity for organisations across Fiji and the wider Pacific.
